FAQs

What are the service times at HMC?

Sunday Morning service begins at 10am with Sunday School for all ages. Our midweek service is Wednesday nights at 7pm. Click here for more details, including the order of services.

What do people typically wear to services?

We do not endorse any sort of formal dress code at HMC. We do not believe God has an explicit dress code, whether formal or casual clothes, during worship services. We trust that our congregants and visitors will dress in a way that honors and respects the house of God. We have a mixture of congregants and some dress casually, while others dress more formally. We welcome you to come as you are.

Where do I go when I arrive?

We have two parking areas at HMC. The upper parking lot leads to the sanctuary. There is also an ADA approved, handicap ramp that connects to the parking area that leads into the side door of the sanctuary. The lower parking lot leads to the downstairs fellowship hall and Sunday School rooms.

What occurs during a typical service?

A typical service at HMC involves prayer, worship, and the Word. It is paramount to follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit. We encourage participants to engage in the service and worship God freely. HMC embraces a blended worship style with both hymns and contemporary songs highlighting worship time.

Pastor Josh Robinson brings the message each Sunday morning. HMC is blessed with a phenomenal group of ministers who bring the message during our midweek services (Wednesdays).

HMC partakes in the two sacraments: Baptism and Communion. Special baptism services are performed soon after someone accepts Christ. We take communion multiple times throughout the year. Our communion is open to all believers who have professed their salvation in Jesus Christ.

What about the church building?

Hope Ministry Center is a worship center with two levels. The upstairs houses the church sanctuary and includes ADA compliant restrooms and a handicap ramp for entry. The downstairs of the building serves as the Fellowship Area including a large kitchen and pantry. Sunday School rooms, nursery, and restrooms are also located downstairs.

What about childcare/youth services?

We offer Sunday School weekly to children for all ages. We have a fully-operational nursery available to parents during services. For more information on our youth and childcare programs, click here.
