Be A Blessing To Your Community!
Hope Ministry Center loves engaging with our community and seeks opportunities to find needs and meet them. We partner with local organizations, including the Casey County Food Pantry to meet needs. We also work independently to provide food boxes to families at holiday time, give gift baskets to the elderly, providing essentials to expecting mothers, making monetary and clothing donations to families, and much more. We believe our greatest calling as the church is to reach out and help someone in need. That’s what being the church is all about!
But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him? -1 John 3:17
Do Your Part To Reach The World
When we all do our part, we can make a big difference in the world. HMC seeks to do our part. We have been proud to sponsor missionaries and work with other international programs, including Operation Christmas Child, to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me…And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me." -Matthew 25:35-36,40
